Under general supervision, operates a closed-circuit television for inspection of wastewater collections sewer mains and service lines. Work involves the responsibility for safe, efficient operation of the closed-circuit television as well as the care and maintenance of the equipment and vehicles associated with the closed-circuit television. Supports the relationship between the City of Galveston and the general public by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with citizens, visitors, and City staff; maintains confidentiality of work-related issues and City information; performs other duties as required or assigned. High School diploma or equivalent; AND two years’ experience performing work involving materials, equipment, methods and techniques commonly used in closed-circuit television systems ORan equivalent combination of education and experience. TCEQ Class II Wastewater Collection license and possession of a valid Texas Driver’s License.
