This position will be located at Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park, 800 Guy Park Drive, Wildwood, Missouri. The candidate will work 37.5 hours a week from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break. They will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays at the park. Days off will be Monday and Tuesday. This is a seasonal park aide position, so you will be working INDOORS at the Visitor Center.

Duration of Assignment: Scheduled Work Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Wednesday - Sunday for April 1 - October 31 and 8:30am - 4:00pm Saturday & Sunday for November & March ONLY
  • Perform shelter/meeting room/Special Use Area reservations on internet-based program via telephone and in-person
  • Operate retail store (sales via cash register, reconcile cash drawer, organize store, and create signage).
  • Address camping and hiking questions via telephone and in-person
  • Minor cleaning lobby & restroom in the Visitor Center
  • Provide information to visitors in person and on the phone
  • Maintain public brochures & minor inventory
