Job Summary: Under general direction of the Associate Vice President, Faculty Affairs and Development, the Executive Assistant will perform coordination of the entire clerical and administrative support functions for the Office of Faculty Affairs and Development, ensuring that office operations are successfully completed. Works independently to perform multiple specialized, high-priority tasks that are analytical in nature; anticipates, identifies, and gathers data on critical issues such as faculty recruitment and retention while obtaining advice and input from relevant campus entities; creates surveys and analyzes data from respondents; assists in developing and submitting the mid-year and end-of-the-year report of FAD’s work on the strategic plan to divisional leadership.
