DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the point person to carry out Immunization requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 803 by working under the direction of and in collaboration with the Lead Nurse, Lead Physician, and Director on activities including, but not limited to, the following: Review incoming student immunization records to ensure compliance with EO 803.
