The City Manager, with the support of a Deputy City Manager, leads 559 full-time and 37 part-time employees across 13 departments with direct supervision of the following departments: Police, Fire, Electric, Economic Development, Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Communications, Parks and Recreation, Planning, Public Works, Solid Waste, and Water and Sewer. The City Manager supervises and manages the City's daily operations and develops and manages the City’s budget (annual general and capital budgets). Qualifications:
