Description Under the general supervision of the Chief Wastewater Plant Operator, conducts work involving the operation and maintenance of wastewater plant facilities, collection, transmission system and reuse facilities according to federal, state and local regulations and established procedures. Uses a variety of standard and specialized test equipment such as insulation tester, voltmeter, ammeter, oscilloscope, vibration monitoring equipment, infrared thermal imaging camera and other specialized test equipment.
