Directs project field inspection and engineering support staff and ensures that major project deadlines are met. Reviews permit applications for appropriate erosion control measures, proper sewer connections to the public sewer, and proper grding and drainage proposed work. Mitigates potential risk by incorporating clear and verifiable safety and quality requirements and procedures and enforcing contract requirements for work plans, accurate specifications and safety.
