Position Summary The Community Center Analyst reports to the Assistant Vice President for Community and Belonging and is responsible for administrative support, budget and human resource oversight and compliance of the cultural centers within the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Diversity. Supervises the County cell phones working directly or indirectly with contracted vendor to activate, deactivate, and troubleshoot mobile service issues. Assists customers in determining the most appropriate mail service for their needs and to maximize postage discounts. Solve problems such as tracking lost mail, researching incorrectly addressed mail and redirecting it to the appropriate party, and working with customers and vendors to resolve issues. Serves as liaison with vendor(s) in determining upgrades and repairs and ensures all mail distribution equipment is appropriately supplied by vendor(s) in accordance with contract(s). Troubleshoots and coordinates with vendor(s) regarding basic repair issues, as appropriate. Coordinates inside and outside courier operations which includes determining the locations and frequencies to be included in routes. Operates and instructs staff in the use of mail equipment including high-tech inserter, computerized postage meter with scale and bar code reader, and an automatic bundling and inserting machine. Job Summary Reporting to the Associate Vice Provost for Undergraduate Advising and Success, with input from the Managing Director of the Exploratory and College of Professional and Global Education (CPGE) Student Success Centers, the Advising Support Coordinator organizes and performs a variety of complex administrative duties in direct support of the AVP and the Exploratory and CPGE SSCs, the day-to-day operations of the Undergraduate Advising and Success unit, and the Exploratory, CPGE SSCs, and managing internal and external processes of the office.
