Serves as SAWS representative with federal and state regulators. Manages emergency projects to ensure service, system, and budget integrity. Applies and interprets principles and practices, theories, laws, procedures, and terminology specific to Engineering and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
