The trust is funded by the eligible cash value of the participant's sick leave upon separation of service and Court contributions. Additional Benefits TUITION BENEFIT: The Court shall provide $1,000.00 per fiscal year to be used for job related education or career development, book fees or to reimburse membership dues in professional organizations.
