Job Description State Bar Court Annual Salary Range: $79,876 - $106,423 FLSA Exempt / Union Represented The standard work schedule is 4-5 days in the office per week. About the Office California is the only state with an independent professional Court dedicated to ruling on attorney discipline cases. The State Bar Court (SBC) adjudicates disciplinary and regulatory cases involving attorneys and recommends attorney discipline to the California Supreme Court.
