Job Summary Under the oversight of the Senior Director, Design & Construction, the Senior Construction Manager is responsible for all efforts associated with successfully managing multiple University development and construction projects. This includes all aspects of project management during the development, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout phases of the project life cycle. POSITION PURPOSE: Reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP) for Capital & Facilities Management Services (CFMS), the Senior Director for Capital Planning, Design, and Construction (CPDC) is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of Capital Planning, Design, and Construction department and the campus major and minor capital program administration.
