About the Position In alignment with our campus mission and as an ambassador of our values of justice, equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging, the Assistant Vice President of Equity and Compliance (Asst VP) is responsible for providing strategic and effective leadership in the administration of a comprehensive range of university services. About the Position of Assistant Vice President of Faculty Programs and Initiatives Reporting to the Provost, the Assistant Vice President of Faculty Programs and Initiatives (AsstVP of FPI) has responsibility for coordinating and implementing campus-wide faculty hiring according to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) principles and best practices.
