Position Information Join the Sonoma County Water Agency (Sonoma Water) as a Water Agency Maintenance Worker I - Extra Help. Multiple positions available! At Sonoma Water, Maintenance Workers perform various semi-skilled, light, and heavy manual tasks involving flood control and vegetation management, including maintenance of water channels and at wastewater facilities. Temporary, extra-help employees are limited in their employment to a maximum of one calendar year. Job Description and Duties PARK MAINTENANCE WORKER I - COASTAL FIELD DIVISION / SAN LUIS OBISPO COAST / SAN SIMEON The reporting location for this position is Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument in San Simeon, CA. This position will work under the supervision of Park Maintenance Chief III. The Park Maintenance Worker I works under the direction and lead of the Water/Sewer Plant Supervisor and the supervision of the Maintenance Chief III of the San Luis Obispo Coast District. The Positions: Electric Utility Department: The Compliance Manager for the Electric Utility (SVP) will lead the department’s North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Compliance Program. Based on SVP’s NERC Registrations as a Transmission Owner, Transmission Operator, Distribution Provider, Transmission Planner, Generation Owner, and Generation Operator, the Compliance Manager monitors NERC Reliability Standard projects and works with business units across the utility to plan a strategy for meeting compliance with upcoming regulatory changes.
