The Water & Energy Principal Program Specialist develops, implements, and oversees Sonoma Water’s Water and Energy Education Program, which includes classroom and outdoor educational curricula, and educational initiatives directed toward specific student populations and subject areas. They supervise up to ten full and/or part-time educators and are responsible for achieving goals related to education and community engagement in Sonoma Water’s strategic plan. Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related major supplemented by six (6) years of experience in fleet management or a closely related field, of which four (4) years are in a supervisory position; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Salary and Benefits:

Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
