Reporting to the Senior Director of Counseling and Psychological Services and the Student Health Center (Senior Director), the Associate Director of the Student Health Center serves as the Administrative Director for the Student Health Center (SHC) and provides innovative, strategic, and comprehensive leadership for the daily operations of the department. Working collaboratively with the Lead Physician on how to best meet the health care needs of the campus population and operate the health clinic, the incumbent oversees, plans, organizes, administers, and participates in the medical, educational, and preventative health programs of the SHC. The incumbent supervises health professionals and staff, coordinates and provides quality medical, nursing, laboratory, x-ray, pharmacy, and health promotion services to University students, in accordance with CSU Trustee policy as well as applicable laws and regulations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Counseling and Psychological Services and the Student Health Center (Senior Director), the Associate Director of the Student Health Center serves as the Administrative Director for the Student Health Center (SHC) and provides innovative, strategic, and comprehensive leadership for the daily operations of the department. Working collaboratively with the Lead Physician on how to best meet the health care needs of the campus population and operate the health clinic, the incumbent oversees, plans, organizes, administers, and participates in the medical, educational, and preventative health programs of the SHC.
