The Contra Costa Health Services CCRMC houses the Diagnostic Imaging Department which provides diagnostic services (routine and specialized) and interpretation for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients of all ages .
We are looking for someone who is able to manage the daily operations of the Diagnostic Imaging Department including supervision and coordinating the daily schedule to promote a timely and efficient operation for the care and treatment of patients 24/7. Possess and maintain a valid Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certificate issued by the State of California Department of Public Health to perform procedures in the practice of Diagnostic Radiologic Technology AND certification and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) AND possession of a valid Fluoroscopy Permit issued by the California Department of Public Health AND Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification issued by the American Red Cross. Experience:
Five (5) years of full-time experience as a diagnostic imaging technologist, at least one (1) year of which was in an acute care hospital. Two (2) years of the required experience must have been in a supervisory or lead capacity. Selection Process
