Good written and oral skills are critical to this role as this position assists client agencies with all phases of Mail Services, including but not limited to, determining the most efficient way to send outgoing mail, providing pricing estimates for mail services, and investigating billing questions. This position does all the ordering of supplies from vendors using the Nevada EPro system as well as vendor Purchase Orders. This position is responsible for the bulk mailing process.
