Examples of Duties Reviews engineered and non-engineered commercial, residential and industrial plans to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes, ordinances and laws before, during and after construction, including but not limited to building, energy, handicap accessibility, flood zone, plumbing, gas, electric, mechanical, etc. Approves plans, specifications and standards. Reviews multi-family housing plans for ADA compliance in accordance with the Fair Housing Act. Reviews permit applications as submitted for completeness and accuracy; tracks applications.
