Educational Leave : Each fiscal year, department heads grant 40 hours to full-time employees or 24 hours to part-time employees eligible for benefits of educational leave that are not carried beyond the end of the fiscal year. Sick Leave : 12 working days of sick leave annually with unlimited accumulation.
