Other duties that may be assigned include, but are not limited to: assisting other divisions in the Assessor's office as needed and cross training in various customer service, administrative and clerical duties. Some overtime may be required including work on weekends. Minimum Qualifications This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum one year's related work experience or any equivalent combination if education, training, and experience, which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Customer service experience with a government or public/private entity is highly preferred as is knowledge of state assessment and ad valorem taxation laws and prior experience in a South Carolina Assessor's, Auditors or Treasurers office. Must have a valid SC driver's license. This position is in Appraisal division of the Assessor's office.
