Job Summary Under general supervision of the Executive Director of Customer and Business Services, the Facilities Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for Facilities’ data management around data analytics and mining; business intelligence design solutions; create easy to access metrics for the department and campus; and being the departments first point of contact with technology troubleshooting (specifically the department’s Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) called Planon).
