The Executive Director directs the leadership of the Accounting Services office in executing the budgeting, reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, asset management, general ledger, cash management, investment, taxation, accounting and audit functions associated with that department, in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
