DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS: The position of Senior Civil Engineer is a supervisory classification. WORKING CONDITIONS Position requires prolonged sitting, standing, walking, reaching, twisting, turning, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily activities.
