Performs qualified plumbing maintenance repairs. Performs qualified painting, carpentry, and masonry work. Maintains the City's keying and lock systems. Reconfigures, installs, positions, and remounts modular offices to accommodate user needs and to maximize work space using various hand, power, and specialty tools, dollies and hand trucks. Orders parts and maintains required documents. Trains and provides oversight for assigned personnel in standard repair, maintenance, and safety procedures. Performs related work as required.
