Provides investigative assistance to General Counsel in matters pertaining to litigation or possible litigation and is responsible for determining investigative techniques to be used in all investigations. Performs dignitary protection and threat assessments as assigned and applies applicable department policies and state laws to situations encountered. Performs additional duties as assigned. Complies with all Agency, Division, and Branch rules, regulations, and procedures.
