Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Administers and monitors the labor compliance requirements for construction contracts. Collects and reviews weekly Certified Payroll Reports (CPR's) and supporting payroll records (statement of compliance, fringe benefit statement, payroll deductions, apprentice registration, etc.) submitted by the prime and subcontractors on a weekly basis. Communicates with contractors to resolve discrepancies relative to the CPR submittals.
