A master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a directly related field may be substituted for one year of work experience. Possession of these knowledge and abilities is typically demonstrated through the equivalent of three years of progressively responsible professional student services work experience. At least one year experience with General Clubs/Organizations, or related field highly preferred. Knowledge and experience working with and advising student-led leadership development programs highly preferred. Knowledge and understanding of student development theory and student personnel administration highly preferred. Salary and Benefits Starting salary placement depends on qualifications and experience and is anticipated to be in the range of $4,691 to $4,879 a month.
