Description This position plans, supervises and coordinates a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and custodial activities at the Emergency Services Building (911 Center & Emergency Management Department), included but not limited to the repair, installation, and maintenance of the HVAC system, plumbing, electrical, work order systems, painting, carpentry, and supervision of custodial staff (day porters and night staff).
