Desired Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related field is preferred. Individuals who possess previous Site Supervisor and/or Early Head Start experience at a State Preschool or Federal Head Start program are highly encouraged to apply . Additionally, possession of CLASS (Classroom Assessment and Scoring System) Reliability certification is desirable, as well as resource referral experience and computer skills (Microsoft Office).
