POSITION PURPOSE / IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION The Sport Coach - Swim Team (Flippers) positions are the head coaches for the non-competitive swimming team representing the City of Westminster and the CARA program. Positions require working evenings, weekends, and holidays, and require ability to travel to work and other pools outside of the city as needed. Recreation staff have the primary responsibility of ensuring the safety of program participants. The full salary range for this position is stated above.
