Qualifying education and/or equivalent experience include the completion of course work leading to a Bachelor's degree in Business/Public Administration or Engineering; plus four years of professional managerial experience in Administration, large complex projects or program management directly related to water resources facilities and systems. A Master's degree is desirable.
