Incumbents in this classification are expected to demonstrate significant leadership toward the attainment of development goals, work with and understand private sector development interests, independently plan and carry out activities with minimal direction; and exercise managerial responsibility and accountability for the City's highest priority development projects; including independently negotiating development transactions. Program Manager (Real Estate and Grant Management) CalOptima CalOptima Health is seeking a highly motivated an experienced Program Manager (Real Estate and Grant Management) to join our team. The Program Manager for Real Estate and Grant Management is responsible for supporting and tracking oversight of CalOptima Health's real estate initiatives throughout the project lifecycle. The incumbent will codify, track and report on all housing and building initiatives and projects that are partially or fully funded by CalOptima Health through incentives or grants.
