EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Graduation from high school or GED equivalent, and at least one year of experience in planning, organizing teaching and/or leading recreation, school activities or community service programs and activities; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience working with school-aged children in a sports-related setting is desirable. LICENSES, CERTIFICATES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS First Aid certificate from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association or equivalent is preferred.
