Verifies accuracy of information and funding and approves documents for processing and payments. Makes sensible judgments on use of funding and provides guidelines/training to faculty and staff as needed. Serves as the back-up on auditing the credit card monthly reports. Job Summary Under the oversight of the Director of Administrative Services, the Senior Accounting and Business Services Specialist oversees a variety of broad and complex financial, accounting and budgeting services related to trust, bond, general fund, and auxiliary accounts.
