Incumbents possess a degree of knowledge and proficiency sufficient to perform work independently with little or no additional training. This position is located within the Titles Section of the Division of Water Resources in Carson City, Nevada. The incumbent will review and process Reports of Conveyance submittals to update water right ownership. Responsibilities will also include public assistance with title related inquiries, conducting statutory review of water right applications and maps, verifying water right relationships and total combined duty limitations, training new Title Section staff and reviewing their work, and all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Manager or State Engineer.
