THE POSITION
Reporting to the Community Development Director, the City Engineer is a key member of the City’s staff and is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the City Engineering Division. This person is expected to be the subject matter expert in a wide range of construction activities and methods for the City’s extremely talented project management staff. The primary purpose is for planning, developing and implementing the programs and projects of the Construction Inspection operations.
