The Job San Bernardino County is recruiting for a Systems Procedures Analysts II who specialize in the PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Benefit Administration, Time & Labor, Self-Service applications and interfaced systems both to and from the County. The incumbent will operate as part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) team which performs functional analysis and project management work for the County's Human Resources processes and systems. The position will provide expert instruction and guidance to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system end-users; act as a liaison between technical support service s; coordinate and oversee projects to include corresponding with a team of support staff and trainee and journey-level analysts performing new development, system maintenance, and upgrades; and perform related maintenance support or project implementation work as required. Minimum Requirements Candidates must meet one of the following qualifying options: Option 1: At least five (5) years of full-time equivalent experience supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) and at least one (1) year of system development project management. Duties should include requirements gathering, end user acceptance testing, process mapping, workflow/email notification, documenting business rules/specification documents, and performing system analysis. Experience must include: Expert functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Module Knowledge of PS Query and/or SQL Proficient knowledge in one other HCM module area: Human Resource, Benefit Administration, and Time & Labor Option 2: Three (3) years of experience as a Systems Procedures Analyst I with San Bernardino County. -AND- Education: A Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college in public or business administration, computer science, human resources, information technology, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a closely related field of study. Substitution: Two (2) years of experience performing complex data analytics, actuarial analysis, or professional level accounting experience analyzing, designing, implementing, and/or maintaining computerized accounting systems can substitute up to two (2) years of the required Systems Procedures Analyst experience.
