A Master’s degree in a similar field is highly desirable. EXPERIENCE : Seven years of increasingly responsible experience in engineering, planning or management, including one year of administrative responsibility. Experience should include demonstrable work on Delta water policy issues, and state/federal regulatory engagement and permitting.
