Job Description and Duties The Statewide Recruiter will actively recruit young individuals to join at CCC centers statewide, with a focus for recruiting and enrolling for wildland firefighting, forestry corps and other CCC conservation programs. The position is eligible for candidates statewide who have access to both a major airport and a CCC location. This position requires using a state vehicle to travel for recruitment activities. The Statewide Recruiter is responsible for using CoRe (Corpsmember Recruitment Salesforce system) CRM (customer relationship management) to track engagement with CCC Corpsmember applicants, analyze and assess recruitment reports for constant and timely engagement for a smooth enrollment process. Job Description and Duties The Statewide Recruiter will actively recruit young individuals to join at CCC centers statewide, with a focus for recruiting and enrolling for wildland firefighting, forestry corps and other CCC conservation programs. The position is eligible for candidates statewide who have access to both a major airport and a CCC location. This position requires using a state vehicle to travel for recruitment activities.
