Qualifications This position requires: -Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources or Industrial Psychology or equivalent combination of education and experience; and a minimum of at least 8 or more years of experience in leading talent acquisition initiatives to include but not limited to: experience with full service recruiting and sourcing; consultation, management and administration of talent acquisition and staffing experience, managing and leading teams, and developing talent acquisition/HR guidelines, policies and procedures is required. -Experience managing recruitments and staffing, knowledge creating and developing recruitment strategies, screening applicant resumes for qualifications, consulting and advising department managers regarding recruitment processes, plan and strategies, interviewing techniques, and advising on recruitment policies and procedures. -Experience developing and implementing guidelines, policies and procedures as it relates to HR/talent acquisition. -Demonstrated experience with creative methods of sourcing candidates. -Strong project management skills and experience managing and leading teams. -Knowledge of and ability to attend job fairs, networking events and other functions to recruit individuals. -Experience managing program(s) preferably in a Human Resources environment. -Ability to multi-task, juggle many competing priorities, and excellent follow through skills. -Highly organized, pro-active, self-starter, attention to detail. -Ability to set direction and deliver practical business solutions. -Strong analytical skills to achieve results with accuracy and precision.
