Certificates and Licenses: A valid Class C Texas motor vehicle driver’s license is required. Certification with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) is highly preferred.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
The anticipated starting salary for the Community Development Director is $150,000 +/- depending on qualifications. Retirement is provided through Texas Municipal Retirement System matched 2:1 with a 7% employee contribution.
