Address complaints, coordinate investigations, and assist in fair, equitable, and timely resolution of conflicts. Leadership and Supervision -  Lead and motivate Employee Relations Division staff and serve on the department’s management team.   Policy Implementation -  Educate employees on employee relations policies and procedures.
