    Are you a seasoned and skilled City Human Resources (HR) professional who values meaningful, dynamic, and challenging work?

    As a Business Partner, you will bring the HR business perspective to operating divisions as a City Personnel rules, policies and practices expert while acting as a HR Advisor to assigned division's leadership to drive organizational performance with focus on aligning the overarching business goals of the organization with HR regulations and best practices to establish transparency, efficiency, compliance, and consistency.

    which are governed by Commissions, as well as two distinctly separate pension systems (Los
    Angeles Fire & Police Pensions and the Los Angeles City Employees’ Retirement System).
