    Position Description
    Provides project management including adherence to budget, schedule and scope. Plans, schedules or coordinates projects activities to meet deadlines. Monitors project compliance. Coordinates the overall integration of the project. Supervises and directs project personnel; assigns duties and responsibilities.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • Ability to lead complex projects through delegation, execution and meeting deadlines. Anticipates and resolves problems; updates supervisor on the status of projects.
    • Completes administrative projects by identifying and implementing updated technology and resources, redesigning systems, and recommending re-deployment of designated resources.

    • Responsible for overseeing the department's annual inventory certification.
    • Oversees inventory for all departmental team members by maintaining department records regarding inventory for new, current and exiting team members.
    • Maintains accurate iPad tracking on the Psychiatry App website.
    • Ensure surplus items are processed on time.

    • Assists in the logistics and delivery of equipment from telemedicine carts to school campuses enrolled in the TCHATT program.
    • This role will collaborate with TTUHSC IT in a large capacity due to the high number of technology devices within the department inventory. Excellent communication and professionalism.

    • Assist with audits regarding departmental technology.
    • Provides for smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the various departmental programs.
    • Assists in interviewing, training, scheduling and distributing work to other staff members and students.
    • Maintains administrative workflow by studying methods, implementing processes, developing reporting procedures, and implementing changes when needed.
    • Collaborates with professionals in various settings such as higher education institutions, school districts, medical clinics, and others through face-to-face, email, phone or mail contracts.
    • Supervises specified team members as assigned by the Department Director.
    • Guides employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines in regards to technology and quality control.
      • Communicating developments to management.
    • Delegates tasks to appropriate team members.
    • Maintains and updates professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops and serving on special committees.
    • Constantly maintains a professional rapport and upholds TTUHSC values throughout all interactions.


    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
