Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Travel: Travel throughout the County is required. A valid California Class C driver license is required at time of appointment, and must be maintained throughout employment. Employees in this class may be required to use personal vehicles and show proof of automobile liability insurance. Mileage reimbursement is available.

Minimum RequirementsEXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of recent work experience in exhibit fabrication, set design, scenic carpentry, or a related field, such as stage design, set production, woodworking, fine carpentry, architectural drafting, metalworking, custom fabrication, and commercial construction.
Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in exhibit construction, design, and installation, with a passion for bringing artistic and educational concepts to life, as well as proven experience working with complex carpentry techniques required for exhibit construction. E xperience in a museum setting is desirable.
