    City Manager

    City of Tillamook, Oregon

    Annual Salary Up To:  $130,000  –  $165,000 DOE/DOQ

     

    The City of Tillamook, Oregon, is seeking a visionary City Manager to serve as the executive leader for all municipal operations, providing strategic direction and oversight of City departments, personnel, and initiatives. The City Manager will oversee a direct staff of seven and an approximate FY 2025 budget of $13 million. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of municipal government functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, labor relations, grant administration and human resources and the commitment to building relationships with other local, state, and federal jurisdictions. The successful candidate is a collaborative, solution-oriented leader who excels at communication while fostering teamwork and building consensus.
