Position Overview:This position will help meet the program’s mission of promoting and improving overall sexual health outcomes through sex education, community engagement, and youth development. Specifically, this position will:
- Utilize a peer-led model to provide education on safer sexual health practices, healthy relationships, consent, and assertive communication
- Promote an evidence-based curricula with trauma-informed* approach to sexual health education
- Connect adolescents with quality, youth-friendly services in Austin/Travis County
Grant Funded Position - This position is grant-funded, meaning its financial support comes from allocated funds that may be modified, reduced, or canceled at the discretion of the City of Austin or the grant provider.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
