The JobSan Bernardino County is recruiting for
IT Technical Assistants II who will perform a variety of administrative and technical duties with minimal supervision, in support of staff. Duties may include utilizing spreadsheet, desktop publishing, and word processing software to create/modify reports, forms, graphs, and newsletters; creating/updating documentation; assisting with billing questions and reconciliations. Clerical and data entry duties may be involved which include inventory management and reconciliation.
The resulting eligible list may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur throughout the County.

Minimum Requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of full-time equivalent professional work experience frequently using advanced features of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
(Experience must be clearly demonstrated in detail in the Work Experience section of the Application.) -AND- REQUIRED EDUCATION: Fifteen (15) semester (23 quarter) units from an accredited college or university in Computer Sciences, Business/Public Administration, or a closely related field. A list of coursework is required unless you possess an Associate's Degree or higher in a qualifying field.
Education Substitution : One (1) additional year of qualifying experience may substitute for the required education.
