Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $7,833.33/month
- This is a full-time, exempt position.
- Multiple positions may be filled from this recruitment.
- Positions at Fresno State are to perform their work onsite. Some positions, depending upon University needs and operations, may be eligible for remote work, one day per week, pursuant to Fresno State's remote work guidelines and the CSU policy.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Athletics and Head Football Coach, the successful candidate will manage all administrative duties in support of a highly visible NCAA Division I football program. The candidate will manage the day- to-day operations of football, including the budget, advise the head coach and assistant coaches on all administrative areas involving all administrative duties relating to the football program. This position shall have a strong working knowledge and understanding of all NCAA rules and regulations regarding compliance issues.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends
- Knowledge of budgeting practices and procedures
- Thorough knowledge of University policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of office automation software and database development
- General knowledge of athletic academic requirements
- Demonstrated, highly structured organizational skills in a position with a broad scope of responsibilities

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
- Three years of progressively responsible relevant experience including football coaching experience, playing collegiate football experience, administrative experience within a collegiate football program, and/or experience working in the NFL.

Following a conditional offer of employment, a background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate may start work with California State University, Fresno. This will require the filing of a Statement of Economic Interest on an annual basis and the completion of training within six (6) months of assuming office and every two (2) years thereafter.
